At My Surf Taghazout, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy in line with European consumer protection laws, including Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payment Options

To confirm your booking, you can choose one of the following options:
Deposit Payment – Pay a deposit to secure your spot and settle the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.
Full Payment – Pay the entire amount upfront for a hassle-free check-in.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1. Cancellation by the Guest

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +21233202423. Refunds depend on when you cancel:

  • More than 30 days before arrivalFull refund of the deposit or total amount.
  • 15 to 30 days before arrival50% refund of the deposit or total amount.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival – No refund. However, we offer the option to reschedule within 12 months (subject to availability).

Right to Withdrawal (EU Law): If you book online, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without providing a reason, unless the service starts within that period (Article 6 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

2.2. Cancellation by My Surf Taghazout

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or operational issues), you will receive:
A full refund of any payments made, OR
✅ The option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost.

2.3. Force Majeure (Extraordinary Events)

If travel restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 regulations, natural disasters, flight cancellations) prevent you from reaching Morocco, you are entitled to:
A refund OR
A voucher valid for 12 months to rebook at a later date.

3. No-Show & Early Departure

  • If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • If you leave before the end of your booked stay, no refund will be given for unused days.

4. Booking Modifications (Changes to Your Reservation)

  • You may modify your travel dates at least 15 days before arrival free of charge (subject to availability).
  • If you request a date change within 15 days, an adjustment fee may apply depending on the season and availability.

5. Refund Processing & Payment Fees

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees from payment providers (e.g., PayPal, bank transfers) may be deducted from your refund.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance, covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions.
