These terms apply to all bookings, surf lessons, surf packages, and accommodations offered by My Surf Taghazout.

2. Booking & Payment
2.1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive:
✅ A deposit payment or full payment via our secure payment options.
✅ A booking confirmation email from us.

2.2. Payment Options

We offer two payment methods:

  1. Deposit Option – Pay a deposit online and settle the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.
  2. Full Payment – Pay the entire amount in advance for a hassle-free check-in.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and booking modifications.

4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Health & Safety
  • All guests must be physically fit to participate in surf activities.
  • You are responsible for informing us about any medical conditions before arrival.
  • My Surf Taghazout is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical issues during your stay.
4.2. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:
✔ Trip cancellations
✔ Medical emergencies
✔ Lost/stolen belongings
✔ Surf-related injuries

4.3. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, guests must:
✅ Respect fellow guests, staff, and local customs.
✅ Follow surf instructor guidelines for safety.
✅ Keep accommodations clean and undamaged.
✅ Refrain from any illegal activities, including drug use.

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you violate these terms.

5. Liability & Waiver
  • My Surf Taghazout is not liable for personal injuries, lost/stolen items, or third-party service issues (e.g., transport, flights).
  • Surfing involves risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.
  • Guests agree to sign a waiver of liability upon arrival.
6. Accommodation & Facilities
6.1. Check-in & Check-out
  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.

6.2. Damage & Cleanliness
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or surf equipment.
  • We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
7. Surf Lessons & Equipment Rental
7.1. Surf Lessons
  • Lessons are conducted by certified local surf instructors.
  • Instructors may reschedule lessons due to weather or ocean conditions for safety reasons.
7.2. Equipment Rental
  • Surfboards, wetsuits, and gear are available for rental.
  • Guests are responsible for returning all equipment in good condition.
  • Damaged or lost equipment may incur additional fees.
8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In case of natural disasters, travel restrictions, or political unrest, we may:
✅ Reschedule your booking at no extra cost
✅ Offer a 12-month travel voucher
✅ Refund eligible amounts as per our Refund Policy

9. Photography & Media Use

By booking with us, you consent to photos and videos taken during surf sessions being used for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.). If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before your trip.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Moroccan courts.
